Intro

Credit-Aid Software 2010 is one of the top 3 credit fix software programs available today.

The company has been developing software since 1986 and they've been helping people repair their credit since 1989. Being as they've been around for about 20 years, you should feel confident that they are not operating illegally or that they are some fly-by-night company that will be gone tomorrow.

Credit-Aid Software does have a refund policy, but I don't see that it really matters all that much either way.

First, they only provide a refund if your credit score fails to increase within 90 days. It would be almost impossible for your credit score not to go up at least a few points if you doing anything at all fix your credit over the first 90 days.

Second, the product costs less than $30, so its not like you're out much money even if you don't feel you got your money's worth. But to be clear, you will not get your money back if you are just generally dissatisfied.

At first glance of their website, Credit-Aid looks pretty sharp, with a good quality video and endorsements and security logos. After digging a bit deeper I wasn't quite as impressed. What didn't impress me was that I couldn't validate some of the awards they claim to have earned from over a 100 different sites. I took the time to go to more than two dozen of the sites that they claim they were given a 5 star rating from and I couldn't even find them listed on most of those sites, much less given a stellar review and rating.

I don't think they've been deliberately dishonest however. I think that they subitted their product some years ago to these different review sites, when the software first came out. Since that time they probably haven't been keeping up thier account on these sites, so they've fallen off the listing. Its not a big deal, but I was not impressed that I couldn't validate some of their bragging.

Overall, I can and do recommend this company as a top 3 choice of all the credit fix software programs I've found and reviewed.

Plans and Prices

Credit-Aid Software actually offers two different levels.

You can either purchase Credit-Aid Lite (for just one single user) for just $19.95 or can purchase the Credit-Aid Home Deluxe version (for 3 users) for just $10 more. The product itself is the exact same either way.

One of the things that I do like about Credit-Aid is that they aren't offering different levels of software like many of the credit repair companies when they offer different levels of service plans. Instead, Credit-Aid keeps it simple and offers you one complete product.

Another aspect of Credit-Aid that I like is that Home Deluxe version offers several bonus features at no additional price.

Pricing for a Couple

One of the biggest advantages of credit repair software over credit repair companies is that the software can work for more than one person. Credit-Aid Software solves this by offering two different licenses. The Credit-Aid Lite version allows one user while their Credit-Aid Home Deluxe version will allow up to three different individuals to use the program with no need to purchase another copy.

Conclusion

Credit-Aid Software is a great product. Its easy to use and its very inexpensive. It also has a lot of extra information and bonus material for you to benefit from if you buy the Credit-Aid Home Deluxe version, as well.

However, I rate it second overall because:

• It seems to have some of its efforts divided toward their software programs for the credit repair professional
• Some of the awards they brag about can't be validated

Still, Credit-Aid Software is only $20-30, depending on which verion you choose. Considering that Credit Repair Magic (the other credit repair software program I recommend) is about $100, you may come to the conclusion that this is the better credit repair software program for you. Remember that there is nothing that a credit repair company can do for you that you can't do for yourself. The main reason then to use a credit repair company is to avoid:

• All of the time and effort it takes to learn how to fix your own credit and
• Not finishing the task of fixing your credit due to any number of excuses

The strength then of credit repair software is that it allows you to:

• Save $200-400
• Get your credit fixed faster

While at the same time it also allows you to:

• Fix your own credit without having to take the time to learn all about it first and
• It keeps you on track so that you do actually realize the goal of good credit.

So, although I have ranked this as the 2nd best credit repair software I encourage you to review the other two software programs, then review the credit repair companies, especially DSI Solutions, and then choose the software or company that's best for you and go ahead and get started.
